In my latest piece, I explain what’s driving the crisis in 🇷🇺-🇦🇿 relations - Baku’s full takeover of Nagorno-Karabakh, Russia’s decreased geopolitical role in the South Caucasus, & 🇦🇿’s growing importance in 🇷🇺’s energy and infrastructure strategies.
