My milk has gone off, a bit gross. But what is most interesting is the formation of convection cells, similar to the surface of the Sun. Watch carefully and you can see the bits rising, spreading out and then sinking as they cool

Really enjoyed presenting today, but for a few technical difficulties. Ironic how a session titled "IT in Physics" had IT problems 😂 Learnt a lot today myself in terms of presenting, very different to teaching college students I think
