What’s the point of having an electric car and an @BritishGas electric car tariff when they continue to charge me the full costs even when I charge overnight. Then they fob you off to their South Africa call centre to get lost in the system for hours.

Thanks to @British_Airways for the apology but this is really for others to do. My family are on the plane for an internal UK flight but some families haven’t made it and their luggage is being offloaded. These remain unprecedented times but come on @HeathrowAirport!.

So, the shambles at @HeathrowAirport would appear to continue. Massive delays at @British_Airways T5 security as allegedly 120 staff are off ill…blame Delta but this just happens to be the morning after @euro2020 final 🤔.
