Is there any country in the world which “developed” without becoming a rule-based society first - even if they had gold & diamond mines aplenty?.
More Provinces?. The debate is pinned in the desire to have a better governed 🇵🇰. It’s hoped that with more provinces, administrative issues will be handled better. But without a rule based society, ie. respect for the constitution & rule of law, can the potential be achieved?.

Not a drop of untreated sewage or industrial waste should go into the sea, rivers or canals!. This is criminal neglect of govts concerned that is ruining ecology, marine life, & threatening human lives!. Wish some party could raise it as an election promise-if elections matter!😂.

So the “new provinces” will not have a say in the NFC Award, if it happens before their creation?🤔. Or is the talk of new provinces only to scare the current provincial govts, headed by PMLN, PPP & PTI, to agree to a new NFC Award, otherwise their provinces wud be truncated? 🤷♂️.
