I was 25 stone, I lost 10 stone and now run half marathons. I set a 5 year goal of ring announcing a boxing world title fight and did it in 2 and a half, from a standing start. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t do something. If you want something enough, make it happen👍🏻

My son (14) played his first game of

in over a year this morning, and the referee was a 15 year old girl. It’s so great to see youngsters, and particularly girls, getting involved in officiating. It’s a tough job, I take my hat off to her. 👏🏻👏🏻

I have strong views on drugs cheats in sport, even more so in combat sports. Povetkin has failed two tests for performance enhancing drugs, which in my opinion should mean a lifetime ban. For that reason, I hope AJ absolutely skittles him tonight.

My friend who we laid to rest today was the same age as me, 45. He had no known health problems, went to work one day and passed away while he was there. He leaves behind a wonderful family and so many friends. Cherish every day, and live a full life, because you just never know.

3 years ago today I went self-employed, then during covid I came close to packing it in and taking a job. This has been my best month in business, and things look to be going from strength to strength. Thank you to everyone who has helped, supported or encouraged me so far 🙏🏻
