There should be a federal animal adoption registry that includes background checks for anyone taking in an animal. People who have previously surrendered pets should not be able to adopt or purchase new ones. There are far too many animal abusers in this world.

Other than defunding the non profits, there is nothing more important for the safety of San Francisco than getting rid of these corrupt judges. This horrible one lives in Piedmont, obviously.
The progressive San Francisco judge that accepted the consideration to release a 91-time felon who killed two people is Judge Michael Begert.

I believe @JoelEngardio will be recalled in D4 if Prop K passes. That could mean a moderate seat is lost on the BoS and invites a progressive candidate into the mix. I don't think people understand how serious this situation is, especially with more tech money flowing in.

So @DanielLurie here are the crazy salaries at the mid-management heavy @SFMTA_Muni — over 100 execs are making $200,000 to $350,000 in just salary. SFMTA has 1,000 employees making $165,000-$350,000 in just total salary. Maybe start cutting those before taxes.
