One of the reasons Slocombe is controversial is because his former colleague at @BristolCouncil Stephen Peacock, now CEO of @WestofEnglandCA bunged him £22,000 a month against the rules. See my thread. Exclusive because nobody dares write it, I guess.

By whom and when was that decision made? The public, who can't ask questions or follow-ups and are impeded (and gagged) by the MO need to know that. .
