30 years ago today, Chris Evans presented his first Radio 1 Breakfast Show. I didn’t get to join the party he creates on air until he joined @BBCRadio2 in 2005 but being on the radio with Chris every week gave me some of my favourite broadcasting memories.

I am very sad to hear news of Colin Berry’s passing. I have strong memories of hearing Colin on @bbcradio2 as a child and it was a thrill to get to work with him there from 1998-2012.
