@KateBurkeNHS Yes, it was called Improving Working Lives, published about twenty years ago. It held NHS employers to account for improved performance in areas that mattered to staff. And it worked. It’s sad that we have so little corporate memory left. We know what works and what doesn’t.

We’re pleased to say that Council has approved the changes to our requirements. We will now prepare for implementation of the changes from January 2023. We know a lot of people are interested in this update and we’ll share more about what this means in the coming weeks.
