Stuart Tuckwood, national nursing officer @unisontheunion, @UNISONOurNHS, described the findings as 'truly shocking'. He added: 'No one should be attacked at work, especially not when trying to treat people and save lives.'

CALL FOR INTERVIEWEES! If you are a nurse and have been working over winter, and wish to share your experiences with Nursing Times, please get in touch. Curious to hear about everything driving, or being caused by, winter pressures: flu, corridor care, staff shortages, etc.
We want to interview nurses about experiences working during this winter. Is it busier than previous years? What's driving a reported increase in corridor care? etc. This is for an article to go in the next Nursing Times magazine. DM, reply or email us if you're interested!

@gemmamitchell92 @MEAssociation @cfs_jo @CarolanneWilso4 @maxwele2 Thank you for covering this topic in @NursingTimes . People who are housebound with #SevereME desperately need access to at home vaccines, blood tests, smears etc but the current district nursing system is near impossible to get into the system & inaccessible many #pwME.
