What hurts me is the prices of vehicles .The same car brand, same everything but each MDA had its own price we can understand differences of about 10m . But differences of over 50m Hapana those inconsistencies hurt.
Last year @GovUganda spent $188m on purchase of vehicles! At an average of $100,000 per vehicle, that's 1,880 vehicles. This money would fully equip, train & construct over 10 top notch cancer centers, each with a Varian TrueBeam Linear accelerator.
