Talked with an agent this morning about their email. I cannot emphasize how important it is that you setup your spf, dkim and dmarc. If you don't have all three setup, your emails are not getting to your customers and prospects. They're sitting in the spam folder.

In the commercial space this is a channel problem. Too many folks want to own, e.g. email. But a bigger focus needs to be on accessing existing channels where business owners already live. Where are the carriers pushing notifications through Quickbooks?.
Hot Take. Automation is becoming a net negative on the insurance industry. With so many carriers and agenceis utilizing automated communication now its becoming information overload for the customers and they are missing actual important notices.
