This is, unfortunately, unsurprising. UT’s history is one of breaking student protests. In fact, it is fundamental to how the campus itself is built - the very architecture of the West Mall was designed to crush students protesting against the Vietnam War.
DPS appears to be prepping to disperse with a heavy, heavy showing of DPS troopers prepped in riot gear.

A few things to address a couple of common misconceptions in comments / QTs:
The previous NLRB ruling was that both Google and Cognizant were responsible for these employees, and they needed to come and negotiate. There is no “they were subcontractors” gotcha here.

A few things to address a couple of common misconceptions in comments / QTs:
