@andreapincomlaw @DoubleAspect @pojanowski @dr_lbc @NickAroney @MaxSaintH Good article, although I initially read it as supernatural law and got quite excited. I'm not surprised the civil law jurisdictions would adopt common law themes. It is a better system after all. 😆.
