My contribution to a great international symposium on rules as code - thanks to @lawpolicyreview for the opportunity to contribute.
This article examines the relationship between rules as code, legislative complexity, and the rule of law. The author argues that rules as code offers a pragmatic solution to pressing challenges posed by the increasing complexity of modern legislation.
