Our contribution to cancer predisposition associated with the TP53 R337H mutation widespread in Brazil is highlighted in Science Advances page. Most of carriers also harbor a mutation in XAF1 and the presence of both mutated alleles increases cancer risk @StJudeResearch @StJude.
