Nearly 10 days since we complained of water stagnation because no way for water to reach SWD. Now, no rain for almost 48 hours. Followed up twice on the complaint using the app. Called 1913. Escalated on Twitter. Yet no action taken. @chennaicorp waiting for water to evaporate?
