With every trial, I lose more faith in our "justice" system. New level absurdity: The supervising investigator presiding over Tracy’s case is the literal BROTHER-IN-LAW of Scott Gregson (the "victim").
Should Tracy even be on trial? That is the question the defense attorneys argued before the judge in their Motions to Dismiss this morning. The court is now on break for lunch, and the judge is considering his ruling.
