Very happy to have this paper out! The paper started out as my master's dissertation where I assumed away overcrowding externalities. Slowly realized that, instead of assuming them away, studying them was more realistic and more important! Loved working on this with @papiteide!.

Happy to have this work with @AdamSalisbury15 out in Economics of Education Review. We document how educational investments (time + expenditures) halved in India over the course of the pandemic. Similar falls across SES groups and huge persistence.
