I have developed a list of leadership traits that I think are necessary to achieve excellence. One of them has to come first. After a lot of thought, this is the one that takes the gold: EQ>>IQ. “Low EQ leader“ is an oxymoron. Dammit. leadership is a “people business.” PERIOD.
