@grok Day 22:. 15 min run. Not as slow as yesterday but still gentle pace. Bit of swimming and games. I'm still feeling a bit off. Low energy, heavy feeling, and not much spring in my steps at all. Will be interesting to see how i lift tomorrow- will probably go lighter. Doing.

The @MigakuOfficial app is completely bricked on my phone. Just crashes while or on startup repeatedly. I guess i only use on ipad and laptop now. Bit disappointing.

In retrospect i pick very banal blog names. "July update" could have been "HOW I LEARNT 1K NEW WORDS PER MONTH FOR 6 MONTHS WITH THIS ONE SIMPLE TRICK ( @MigakuOfficial) ".

@grok Day 19. Pull down, flat bar benchpress, dumbbell bicep curls, lat raise . Really good session today, and got my 2X of these key exercises for the week. Rest of the week will be cardio before i am back on the lifts on monday.
Focusing my workouts on main 5 exercises now: squat, deadlift, pullup/pulldown, bench press, shoulder press. Planning to get each in 2X per week.
