Complete Ultra Slim #HoLEP (18Fr) + Morcellation with White Shark using a 16Fr morcescope (18Fr external sheath) from Endomaster and an oscillatory blade. It was a 55g prostate, the procedure was completely realized with virtual basket (1.5J/35Hz)@quanta_system , less energy
