48 yo female starts with profuse right side back pain after workout. At ER vital signs are: HR: 110 bpm, BP: 110/70. CT: 15 cm angiomyolipoma spontaneous rupture with retroperitonial bleeding - Wunderlich syndrome. A selective embolization was performed with successful control.

90yo man, complaing LUTS for 6 months. DRE: prostate > 100g. US: prostate 156g. PSA: 0.86. Back to office 4 month later asking for surgery. Proposed Holep. During dissection fund friable lesion that starts profuse bleeding. Path: small cell carcinoma of prostate.
