my last 4 Holep all performed with miniaturization in endoscopic equipment #MILEP or #SlimHolep, all performed with an 18.5 Fr endoscope and morcellation with 22 Fr. Thank you very much, @FCAFigueiredo , for your contributions. The urethras here appreciate it!
