@AAPMR @med_umontreal @CJSMonline @KarimKhan_IMHA I’m excited to show an example of a useful and cost-effective eHealth tool that actually made it out of the factory. Our mobile app allowed us to collect thousands of data on Achilles tendinopathy, and patients loved it.

Last year at @AAPMR Phyztalks, I explained how we built a mobile app📱 to monitor pain and exercise adherence in our Achilles tendinopathy clinical trial @med_umontreal. Today we publish data on the ease of use and usefulness of our app. Thanks @CJSMonline

BSIs are preventable‼️ but we need more studies on the preventive effect of training strategies & loading management (& RED-S awareness, not covered in this review as we focused on the mechanical aspect of BSIs). And we need cohorts of female athletes 🏃‍♀️ not just military males.
