Was told today that @Aetna @AetnaHelp no longer schedules P2P calls - rather clinicians have to be available to pickup the phone any time during a 24 hr period. This was after 40+ minutes on hold DURING CLINIC. Anyone else experiencing this blatant obstruction to patient care?
