Well this is timely and tickling my biases nicely... 😍 Resistance exercise has a significantly greater effect than general exercise on pain, disability and strength in active and sedentary people with chronic low back pain! More SExSI strength FTW 💪

A variation of @CAskling hamstring "glider". Eccentric, long lengths, little or no equipment. Makes it very useful to include in rehab programs at the appropriate stage.
