Ordered and received from my favorite indie bookstore, First Light Books, in Austin, TX. Their first publication ā a book about the āmarvel of reading and childhoodā with book recs for young readers. Loved the concept even before I made the connection to E.B. White.

Iām not pissed that the NYT called Stoppard undereducated. I donāt actually care about that. Iām offended by the implication that reading books isnāt education itself. The attempt to divorce reading and education is why students think theyāre now just in school for career prep.
