Two weeks ago, Israeli strikes hit the densely populated Jabalia camp in Gaza. We identified at least 126 civilians killed in the strike, including 116 full or partial names - the most named victims we have ever monitored in a single event.

Almost every named victim we found died along with at least one other family member. This includes the Rayan family. Abdel Rayan held up a list to Reuters listing the names of his 15 family members killed in Jabalia that day. We have identified and recorded each one.

Without the NYT's deep investigation into the U.S. drone strike in Afghanistan that killed ten people from the same family it's unlikely we would have seen this admission by the Pentagon today. The entire strike was deemed a "tragic mistake." The man targeted posed no threat.

Libya: Munition fragments found at Tripoli 'appear to be from LJ-7 missiles', which are carried by Chinese-made Wing Loong armed drones. The only belligerent known to use these drones in Libya is the United Arab Emirates, which supports rebel LNA forces.
