🙂 A focus on the success and happiness of other people appears to be a recurring theme in this year's list, as customer success manager ranks highly as well. With a satisfaction score of 4.2 and an average salary of £41,133, this job is all about supporting a firm's clients…

It looks like we might be moving from the Pandemic to Endemic phase of Downing St apologies, and will just have to learn to live with them on a daily basis.

“The Conservatives have an “unhealthy financial reliance” on property developers” ❓ How can our government resolve the #BuildingSafetyCrisis when they have such a clear financial interest in not holding those at fault accountable? https://t.co/PtQaCAzOKP

“We have a blanket ban on lending with cladding issues and are doing it in a forceful manner to make the govt engage,” one senior executive said. “...the govt needs to do more. Its response is not strong enough.” It is ultimately @RobertJenrick & @mhclg that are responsible.

Boris Johnson's £37BILLION Test & Trace service, run by Dido Harding & using private firms Serco & Deloitte, has lost track of 550 MILLION COVID tests & failed to reach nearly 100,000 people who had tested positive, failing to identify their contacts. 🤬 https://t.co/mbxEvdkscc

Beleaguered service sent out mass tests but just 14% have been registered as used.

The rebellion over planning reflects growing anger over the power of the big builders, cladding scandal & more. The housing ladder has become a trap, but is No10 blind to the implications of this market failure? Cover of the new Spectator, out tomorrow.

“We’re four years on from Grenfell and we’ve got leaseholders… having to pay out money they can’t afford.” - Tory MP and co-chair of the APPG on leasehold reform @PBottomleyMP says “the govt needs to face up to the responsibility” over the continuing cladding crisis #Newsnight

Yesterday I visited Transport House in Salford. The leaseholders there are part the next stage in the cladding crisis. But their problem isn't really what's on their building. It's what's in it. Their freeholder has told them it will cost £3m to make safe. Over £100k each. 🧵

“It essentially eradicates over 80pc of the value of each apartment in a stroke.” Cheaper to rebuild than remediate @RobertJenrick, it's #MoreThanCladding

Cladding works can eradicate 80pc of the value of home as leaseholders battle developers to take on the burden

😮 @TransportHouse is under 18m & ruled out of the BSF by @mhclg @hmtreasury 31 flats with 18 of them under shared ownership. Residents already forced to pay £4.5k for balcony remediation. Now £97k per leaseholder?! What have you got to say @team_greenhalgh @RobertJenrick?
I just got the estimate to fix the poor work on our apartment Transport House in Salford. £97,000 per apartment! All because the cavity barriers are full of flammable insulation.

£70m remediation costs. £14m forecast from the BSF. £56m to be paid by 600 residents. @RobertJenrick @BorisJohnson @RishiSunak @hmtreasury @mhclg - your inaction is forcing thousands of innocent lives into ruin. Stop protecting the developers. Start protecting your citizens.
@HRRBFireSafety @gemwild01 @RobertJenrick Yeah I know, absolute nightmare, that’s including the “generous” 14 million contribution from the government too… 70m in total, the whole building is only insured for 96m #newkitchenplease
