Responsible travel means leaving no trace, no litter, no fruit peel as attracts vermin & can takes many months to rot away even 2 years for orange peel, no daming for streams however much fun dams are to buid, for dams impact water flow & therefore fish & increases green algae.

Very sad news from triathlon in Swansea today. One dead in swim. We don’t know what caused the death. It’s a reminder to all to be water aware. That includes knowing the water temperature as whilst sunny, the water is still really cold and cold water can be very dangerous.

Arrived back in the UK from a week working in Denver today to beautiful singing from a choir as I walked through. It was the London Welsh Male Choir welcoming visitors to the UK @HeathrowAirport. Such an amazing way to welcome home comers & visitors alike. Thank you🙏🏻🏴
