As it should be. Our world needs more builders, craftspeople; with autonomy & self-organization. Not feudalistic empire builders with “Director” titles who use words like “synergies” and “put our heads together” as catchphrases.
It’s getting cutthroat in tech. According to reports, managers with 20 years of service, that are making $600k, aren’t as valuable as 3-5 junior devs. At big companies it’s hard to not become top heavy, & managers aren’t as needed in the age of AI.

I am relieved that a ceasefire has been called. No more people dying. Sadly, I do not believe terrorism, especially in Kashmir, has ceased to be a threat. India will sharpen its talons, for vengeance, if not for deterrence. Let barking dogs argue about winners & losers.
