Now officially on the market - would make a great bookshop/cafe - population of this market town has grown a lot recently - it could do with a @Waterstones #Hailsham #EastSussex #property #bookshop #Wealden .
Not sure what the current status of ownership is on this building which used to be a branch of Prezzo - have always thought it would make for a fantastic bookshop - the town (Hailsham) currently doesn’t have one - how about it @Waterstones ?
