I care if you talk the talk, and walk the walk. That’s all I care about. Representation has done nothing for my economic status in rural Texas.

“You’re supporting the white woman over Gilberto, a Latino? But you’re Latino!!” So what? What has he done for people like me in rural areas?? Nothing. Race isn’t a consideration for me. I don’t care if you’re Latino. I care if you help working people.

This primary reminds me of the time that a @HinojosaTX staffer asked me at the TX Dem Convention who I was supporting to TX Dem Chair. When I mentioned I was supporting the opponent, Kim Olson, a white woman, the staffer looked at me like I was bonkers.

I was thinking about how Jasmine Crockett claims to regulate big tech and reign in corporations. However, she took millions from Republican tech billionaires, crypto, defense, and finance industries. All talk, no real fight. 🤷‍♂️

I don't trust this poll for a second, entirely because of the rural number. Yes, Crockett is winning the heavily black east Texas rurals, but Talarico is poised to dominate in the white/Hispanic rurals in west Texas and the RGV. No way that equates to Crockett +38.
