This campaign is about more than politics. It’s about loving our neighbors — not just in words, but in work. I was proud to join our volunteers in serving warm meals to our neighbors in Dallas.

Earlier this month, as SNAP benefits were frozen and many Americans struggled to feed their families, our wonderful volunteers stepped up at local food banks across Texas, packaging tens of thousands of meals. This is what our campaign is all about: supporting our neighbors.

New: An internal poll has @jamestalarico up 6 points over @ColinAllredTX—largely attributable to his earned media (he’s not gone on the air yet.) The same poll had him DOWN 30 points in August. And he’s got room to grow.
