According to @totally_t_bomb As of this moment CSU has TWO of the top 10 most efficient offensive games in the country. I think that's pretty good for a fist time head coach with a ton of transfers. Great job @farokhmanesh5 and team!

Here's a proposal for a CSU football coach: 5 year deal. $1.2 million a year with 10% raises each year. Each year you go to a bowl you keep 75% of the bowl payout. Make the AZ Bowl you get $262,500. Make the CFP get approximately $1.8m.

I love the concept of this change. However, given the $$$ associated with college basketball and football I think the numbers could use a little tweaking.
College sports is not the free market. Colleges are highly subsidized public goods. Great US military generals make $225,000/yr Great Supreme Court Judged make $300,000/yr Great HS Coaches (who also teach) make $100,000 - $150,000/yr Why do bad college coaches get $10m/yr?
