I flew to Dijon France and then Latvia to scout Vaaks last year. That appears to have worked out pretty well.
Had been a lot of excitement this fall in Providence about Estonian wing Stefan Vaaks. 15 in the first half of his college debut seems likely to only add fuel to that fire. An x-factor for Kim English's squad.
