I still remember the day knocking on @KSadtler’s door to show the histo slides as a postbac. “Oh that's a lot of fat,” she said and I nodded. Last summer, I am grateful for the opportunity to return as a medical student and work with @AdityaJosyula4 on this project.

⭐️New @A_P_S_A paper⭐️ We found MD-PhD program acceptance varies by demographics + research experience. First-gen, Black or reapplying applicants were less likely to be accepted, regardless of research experience or publications. https://t.co/uc7N0eRflP

Out today in @NatureBiotech! PhD students & postdocs: there's a trick – overlooked and underused – for having new ideas in the creative process. Talk science 1 on 1 with a science buddy that you trust and think of it as an improvisation. https://t.co/Xw7VpKHot2…

Excited to share this work from my post-bacc and summer intern returned as a medical student! We explore muscle immune profile and wound healing in Murphy Roth Large mouse, a very interesting mouse strain.

While some medical devices elicit hostile immune responses, others trigger reparative ones. NIBIB researchers shine light on why in a new @NatureMaterials study. Find out how their findings could make for better medical devices: https://t.co/t4SeVt1Svu
