We firmly believe that organizations of nearly any size should centralize logs from endpoints, network devices, cloud/SaaS, and other controls. It's the first step on a long road towards effective security operations. Our guide to get started: https://t.co/hrGEyUL3yT

A message from a Nurse at Tufts Children’s Hospital: They had no warning of the closure of the 41 bed pediatric unit. It was announced via an impromptu ZOOM meeting by a CEO Michael Tarnoff who didn’t bother to mention the nurses, ancillary staff, residents, patients or families.

Love it! Toss in a few about leadership style and it’s always fair to ask a potential manager what you can expect from them too. I know it’s scary to ask these questions but you are valuable and you have a right to expect things from your leaders, they expect things from you.

Give yourself full permission to interview your future managers back. When they ask "Do you have any questions for me," take the opportunity to expose what your next 1+ years under this person might be like. Here are 5 questions I have or wished I'd asked of my future managers:

SO. MANY. TIMES. 🤣 And then I figure it out again later and tell people, prepared for them to have their mind blown, and they say “I know. You told me that last year.”

Something cool about living in America is when you go to pick up a prescription that is clearly life-critical and the pharmacist leans over and whispers, “do you know how much this costs?” because enough people obviously must go, “no I didn’t know it was $400, I guess I’ll die.”
