I liked Michelle Phillips when she was OIG, she seemed on top of things, clear & sensible. She also thanked me after a council meeting for my comment pressing for staffing projections based in reality and we had a nice chat about it. I'm glad to see her back.

We'll know more about the OPD's chances of exiting oversight later today, but one of the reasons the OPD may not be close is that there may still yet be another scandal on the horizon. Surprised the reporting, such as it is, has not caught this from last Monitor's report
