Imagine if we had world leaders who were actually amazing at human-ing. Able to see different perspectives. Empathetic. Could separate personal agendas. Who valued mental, financial , physical health of the masses before all else. Who saw the bigger needs of the planet. Wow. 🤯.

There’s no precedent in at least the last 40 years for an English prisons/home office minister talking like this. My mate who’s a senior probation officer just sent me it. Imagine the sense of purpose you would feel going to work after years of solid cuts.

Genuine qu - Why does @SpotlightUK allow anonymous casting breakdowns? Transparency and trust in this industry has been battered at times, surely people shouldn’t have anything to hide about the company they are posting by or for?.

This reminds me of a girl who was street cast in a commercial I was doing the licensing for. Speaking to Dad it was clear they struggled, her school attendance was impacted. The school refused the day off. Heartbreaking. That opportunity could have changed her life for the better.

They wouldn’t need the excuse of national service if they hadn’t ruined the economy, cut policing, destroyed the arts, allowed social media companies to exploit young minds + take away community lead initiatives not to mention destroying the NHS. The country needs NURTURING!!.
