Hey folks — some news: After two wonderful years, I was let go by @goal last week. It was a dream come true, and I’m so proud of the work both my team and I produced during that span. I’m heartbroken the journey’s over, but I learned and grew so much during my time there.

A bit surprised this wasn’t looked at more closely on the field/VAR for obstruction by Morris (but he wasn’t offside, so maybe that’s why)… but that is one hell of a hit from Vargas. Lovely stuff from the youngster.

(No, I’m not kidding) I really was in waist deep water in my *backyard* at one point using a salad bowl to scoop water, and a rake to clear the drains. To make it better, our DW Vent burst, making the flooding worse Today was a no good very bad day. I am exhausted.

Spent 90 minutes in my backyard in 2-4 feet of water clearing out the three drains and panicking over the flooding (I live ground level in Williamsburg). It resulted in my bedroom flooding & I currently have two industrial fans going after 5 hours of chaos. Happy Thursday!

MOTM though, was of course, St. Clair. Two stunning saves in regulation, and a top shootout performance. Continually shows why he’s one of the best goalkeepers in MLS & Canada’s No. 1. Still one more to go in Seattle, but that was a really impressive showing.

Second to none in this league. The way they took Obed Vargas out of the game was phenomenal. Just didn’t allow him to run the tempo. Nectarios Triantis in particular was fantastic to watch in person. So creative and asserting as a midfielder.
