Great work by @ViktoriaBrunne1 — preprint out before the end of her first year @Ox_DTP DPhil in @_fowlerlab_ / @ModMedMicro . She mined the @crypticproject TB dataset to identify mutations compensating for RIF resistance and showed their effect on growth in a 96-well plate.
