building w/ ai in 2025:.- write PRD.- prompt until feature “works”.- realize it won’t scale + warnings everywhere.- screenshot the UI parts you like.- new branch → refine PRD → attach UI screenshots. repeat 2–3x. anyone else, or am i just bad at prompting PRDs?.

6/ muscle health 101. bad news: use it or lose it. muscle is an expensive organ, so if you're not training or feeding it, it's the first thing to go. so sitting for hours, without moving. you're telling your body:.'hey i'm a potato who sits all day, i really don't need these

5/ for the first time in 6+ years, i wasn’t strength training. i lost my baseline. my muscles had atrophied. my core, back and glutes were weak. no strength = no support = pain when sitting

4/ working from home sounded perfect for recovery. - no impact.- no commute.- no bra (iykyk). but a few weeks in…. i couldn’t sit for more than 20 minutes. my back was killing me

3/ first MRI came back clean. did PT, home exercises, rest. but i still couldn’t do a push up.or even lift a blender overhead. 6 months later.new MRI (w/ contrast) showed a torn labrum. fk. tried more things.injections, more PT. nothing worked. so i got surgery

2/ the accident. i was dog sitting my sister’s pup, birdie. i missed her morning walk, so i took her biking to tire her out. then she saw a group of dogs.ran across the bike.and pulled me off

1/ in 2022, i got shoulder surgery. a few weeks later? nonstop pain. spoiler: it wasn’t from the surgery. it came from something most people who work in tech don’t even realize is happening. (#5 was the unlock)
