@talhagin This is a 2-frame animation of the first frame of the video circulating and the image dating back from 2023. They are almost identical. Highly suspect the image I linked to was used to create the video.

This is in fact AI. It carries Google's SynthID indicating it was created using one of Google's generative AI tools. We are seeing a rise of AI-generated content being pushed out by both countries, and sometimes on official channels.
