2018: year of the timing errors

Adam Peaty’s World Record swim INCORRECTLY timed at 57.00 secs & was in fact 57.10!
Organisers (LEN) say a technical error resulted in several races on Saturday being 0.10 secs faster than they should have.
Peaty still lowered his world record, but by 0.03 secs.
