Anyone remember who was the guy (Asian, I think) that was paid a million a year by a legacy tech company like AOL or Yahoo to be a tech futurist? He wore big colorful glasses and just wrote some message like once a year which everyone ignored. Everyone wondered why he had a job

Most errors detected from automated scans are ticky-tacky and don't prevent someone from using the site yet "drive-by" accessibility lawsuits arise exclusively from these scan's results. Therefore, clearing automated errors is the easiest (not best!) way to reduce legal risk.
