AI Agents! 🚀
Day 1: I'm starting an experiment on Twitter. Every day, I make exactly one tweet about something I learnt or observed, whether it be personal or professional. I want to be able to reflect deeply on my day, and have a public log of the process. I'm pretty good at streaks ;)

We need to start looking at building agents like how we build companies.

lays out a great framework to understand how different agentic systems might stack on a pyramid:
At the bottom of the pyramid, you have “glorified help desks” - these agents know how to pull data, run the numbers, and do exactly what you ask. If you're a Customer
Day 6: Today, we pitched a pipeline-feature to one of our users. She went, "OH MY GOD. YES" instantly. That excitement is contagious, and it's all the motivation I need in life.
Expecting to see an emerging UX pattern with agentic systems: “Human-in-the-loop plan-and-execute”:
> User asks a question which involves a multi-step reasoning-driven plan
> Agent comes up with a plan of action, but first runs it by the user and asks if they’d like to change
Day 8: Heading out for my daily run/workout is difficult on days when i'm in the flow mode and feeling productive at work. However, not once have i regretted the decision to go out & exercise. Thankful for today's 8 kilometres. As
@jockowillink
says, Discipline equals Freedom.
Day 15: I have begun to understand when my body needs downtime. One year ago, taking an extra rest day from my workouts would mess with my ego and make me insecure about myself. Now, I'm much more at peace. I took the whole weekend off, because I needed it.
Energy is the differentiator.
High energy cascades.
High energy overrides hard situations.
High energy helps me persevere.
I shall optimize for energy, hopefully everything else follows.
Day 3:

Day 16: Believing in the process is such an easy thing to say and preach. Takes real internal discipline to stay true. Struggled a bit today, but stayed on the path.
Day 5: We are forced to like/dislike/comment/share a post/image/tweet before it exits our field of view on the screen, which leads to a low-yield information diet. Today, I felt that withholding my judgement & reflecting on the thought is a much smarter strategy.

Day 35: I have developed a ninja technique to tame my racing mind! I take a pen and write down everything that I'm thinking about - A couple pages later, the mind returns to normalcy. It feels like voodoo, but that's just how my brain works 🤷♂️
To be un-bore-able is the key, heard on the

Day 9: Today was long, and hard, and intense. Got some bad news regarding our development which I couldn't control, and that made me pretty anxious. Was pacing back & forth. Still, got my run in and managed myself fairly well. Onto the next day.
Day 11: Since I've been tracking my sleep and work hours, I've realized that even one hour of sleep deficit makes me prone to negative thinking and (maybe) loss of will power as well. Sleep is something I need to be more cognizant of, and not feel guilty of!
Day 19: It's fascinating to see how people have such different worldviews of life! Was at a networking event today, and was struck by how a person's background & mindset affects the conversations they have. Filter bubbles IRL.
PS: I'll be posting further tweets under this thread
Day 4: I fill up my calendar with reminders for each & every to-do that pops up in my head. And when I'm actually idle, I open up Instagram/Twitter. There is no 'idle' time anymore -- and this experiment is forcing me to reclaim that time. To think, and wander, and reflect.
Yesterday night, I had a lucid dream where I noticed myself laughing aloud.
Amusing how the brain can generate something that the brain itself finds amusing!

Day 26: I have been observing how people sell themselves, and they're so wound up in the tools they use and languages they can code in. People are sold by ideas, people are drawn to potential. Sell your story, not your skillset!
Day 31: I'm trying to build a demarcation of work time and no-work time in my schedule. Trying to shut down once I leave work, and not get back in until the next day: giving me around 12-14 hours of downtime. Hopefully, it leads to higher value work in 'work time'.
Day 20: Recently I have come to realize that using a pen & paper helps me plan and strategize much better than on Evernote/Docs/Airtable. Today, I was designing a few backend models and just penning them down was super effective. Does this happen to any of you? Any ideas why?
Day 32: Meta thinking is something I really want to double down in the next 5-10 years of my life. All the people that feel at peace with themselves seem to be insanely self-aware of their thoughts/emotions. Blown away by the clarity of thoughts by

Hey Jason, due to the overwhelmingly large amount of applications, we are currently still in the process of reviews and will be reaching out to shortlisted candidates in the next couple of weeks!
Day 34: Staying with my thoughts and being undistracted is so hard: I immediately look for escapes. Podcasts, Instagram, to-do lists, almost all of these are reactions to being uneasy within my head. 15 minutes of Headspace in the morning reminds me how peaceful it is to just be!
