So pleased to support @ProstateCymru on this story and even more pleased that the phone lines have been really busy this morning with men booking appointments! Take a look at @ProstateCymru - they have several testing dates coming up!

Yessss! There’s been ups and downs this week but it has been superb to see this guy win gold 🥇 @bocciabhoy
Stephen McGuire would have loved to join the thousands of others in the queue for Oasis tickets - but he was a bit busy winning Paralympic gold 🥇 #ParalympicsGB

Paralympic Games are just around the corner. Preparing content started months ago and it was good to see @Bocciasmithy in @Channel4 programme with @DameSarahStorey last night - brilliant messaging around importance of inclusive school sport: https://t.co/cPKxa3b1Oq

Thoroughly enjoyed chatting to the very lovely @MegBarker97 and writing this 👇 for @sportwales …
World Champion cyclist @MegBarker97 has been selected alongside her sister Elinor in the latest @TeamGB #Paris2024 cycling squad. 🚴‍♀️ Read how sport gave her confidence, taught her the importance of hard work, and helped her overcome shyness. 🙌 @WelshCycling

Headed to the Tile Museum at @IronbridgeGMT last week. Well worth a visit if you’re in #Shropshire. Especially if you’re into art deco.

Finishing up a six month stint with International Egg Foundation. The charity does some amazing work in countries like Honduras, Eswatini and Uganda. I’ve been busy creating content and setting up industry media coverage.

I signed up when I was working on the @WHBTG - the British Transplant Games - with @MLS_CONTRACTS after hearing so many stories of what a difference it can make.
Recently, out of the blue I got a call from @DKMS_uk - the charity that helps people with blood cancer. I'd forgotten that 5yrs ago I did a cheek swab... but the call was to say I was a possible match for someone in urgent need of stem cell or bone marrow transplant. It's a
