Exactly 365 days ago, I joined a fintech company as a product manager. I honestly used to get scared 😱, what if I go messs up then customer gets overcharged or undercharged 😮💨was the myopic reason. Fast forward to today, I want to start in fintech much longer! 😃

This has always been my approach to applications and interviews.
- If you get 0 interviews of 10 applications review your cv.
- if you don’t get past first stage, re access your achievements.
- if you don’t get past last stages, re access your answers.
There are many opportunities we got at the 3rd try because we had a stronger application compared to the first time. So if growth is lacking you have to build it as well.

Companies need to add therapy as a part of their company benefits/perks.
HMOs need to add therapy to their packages at every level. If we talk about people being healthy and checking themselves we need to find a way to help them.
I think it is a bare minimum.
